McNAMARA (née Kemp) Sylvia October 9, 2011 - Sylvia's husband Martin, her daughters Clodagh and Sylvia, son William and his partner Claire, grandchildren Kieran, Lois and Rose, sisters Mary, Kay and Margaret and brother Herman wish to express their sincere thanks to all those who sympathised with them on their recent bereavement. The family also wish to thank their extended family, neighbours and many friends who attended the funeral. A special thanks to Dermot and Yvonne for the beautiful music at the funeral Mass. We would also like to express our appreciation to the doctors, nurses and staff of St. Vincent's Private Hospital, heartfelt thanks to Fr. John O'Keeffe for his sensitivity and compassion.
