WHITFIELD (Swords and formerly of Clontarf and Donnycarney) - August 26, 2012 (peacefully) after a short illness at the Mater Hospital. Nicholas (late of Irish Shipping Limited and B & I Line); beloved husband of Alice and dear father of Paul, Marina, Brian, Derek and Nichola. Deeply regretted by his loving wife, sons, daughters, grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughters- in-law, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. RIP. Reposing at his daughter Marina's residence (Gainsborough, Malahide) tomorrow, Tuesday from 5 o'c to 8 o'clock Removal on Wednesday morning to Church of the Sacred Heart, Seabury, Malahide for 10 o'c Mass followed by Funeral to Glasnevin Crematorium. Family flowers only, donations if desired, to St Francis' Hospice Raheny.
