CARR William Derek (Ardnagrena, Reengaroga, Baltimore) - August 8, 2010 in the exceptional care of Fairfield Nursing Home staff. Dearly loved husband of Betty and treasured father of Michael, Carol, Rowan and Patricia (Perry), grandfather to Catriona, Shannagh and Aaron Perry. He will be sadly missed by his family and brother Jimmy, his god-daughter Suzie and his nieces and nephews in the United States. Removal today (Wednesday) at 7pm from Hurley's Funeral Home, Market Street, Skibbereen to Abbeystrewry Church. Funeral Service tomorrow (Thursday) at 2.30pm, burial afterwards in Tullagh Cemetery, Baltimore. Refreshments following at the Síbín. Family flowers only, donations in lieu if desired to any local cancer research society.
