O'SULLIVAN (Baltimore) - December 21, 2010 (peacefully) at Bantry General Hospital. Denis J. Professor of Medicine (Emeritus) UCC and CUH. Beloved husband of Joan and dear father of Donal, Sheila, Séan, Fergus, Siobhán and Denis. Deeply regretted by his loving family, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives and many friends. Reposing at The Sacred Heart Church Rath on this (Wednesday) evening at 6.30pm followed by Rosary at 7.30pm. Requiem Mass tomorrow (Thursday) at 1.30pm. Burial afterwards in Tullagh Cemetery, Baltimore. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu to The Friends of Bantry Hospital. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam dílis

<p>grateful</p> <p>Carole and I were sadened to hear of the death of our professor and dear friend.As I look back over the past 45 years I am deeply greatful for what he did for me and my schoolmates.Medical care in Ireland and the U.S. was made better by his instruction to us students.Our visits to he and Joan in Baltimore will always be remembered.Our hearts and prayers go to Joan and the family.Bill O'Dwyer</p>
