DOYLE Eugene M. (Gene) R.I.P. Late of Eglinton Rd., Bray died, November 18, 2008 - On the sad occasion of Gene's first anniversary, Evelyn and family wish to thank all those who sympathised on the loss of a precious husband, dad, granddad and friend. Thank you to the many who attended Gene's removal and funeral Mass, to those who sent Mass cards, floral tributes and letters of sympathy. A special thank you to the staff of St. John of Gods, Stillorgan for hosting the funeral, especially to Br. Cillian who arranged it, Fr. Willie Nugent for a very personal and warm Funeral Mass and graveside prayers, Fr. Hugh Gillen for his Mass in Korea that morning and all of their kind words, ongoing support and care, and also to our friend Eamonn Monaghan who played the organ at the funeral. We would like to thank Fr. John O'Connell for his removal prayers. Thanks to Eugene's GP Dr. Ernan Gallagher, Stephen Collier and staff of Colliers Funeral Home, Bray for the dignified funeral service. Thank you also to Robert Breslin and Gene's former colleagues and friends who escorted him to his final resting place. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions in St. John of Gods on 22 November 22 at 10 o'clock If we left anybody out please forgive us."Ich liebe dich Gene - Evelyn".
