D'ARCY Anne-Marie (née O'Connor) Anne-Marie, you left us only four weeks ago today and it feels like an eternity. As you said "You can remember me and only that I am gone or you can cherish my memory and let it live on". From Denis, Oran, Connor, Adrian and Matthew, Niamh and Dee, we will live your dream. On behalf of the D'Arcy and O'Connor families we would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our relatives and friends who supported us through Anne-Marie's illness and untimely death. Thank you to all who sent Mass cards and letters of sympathy, which overwhelmed us, and we really appreciated the huge attendance at the wake and the Funeral Mass especially that of Comdt. Ward who attended on behalf of An Taoiseach. A special thank you to Fr. Cormac McIlraith and Fr. Jim Culliton for a very moving Mass and to Eamonn and Emer Kitt, Dermo, Peter, Lisa and The Furrier for their beautiful singing and playing. It was exactly as Anne-Marie would have liked it. We especially want to thank all the doctors, nurses and caterers of The Mater Private Hospital Oncology Ward and Day Treatment Centre for their great kindness to Anne-Marie who really appreciated it. Many thanks to Dr. John McCaffrey and his team for doing all they could to help Anne Marie. A huge thanks to Dr. Liam Ó Síorán for all his help and kindness which made a big difference. Thanks to all our friends in Clontarf Cricket and Rugby Club for their support, especially to Jill and the gang for looking after the catering. We would also like to thank Peter Fanagan and the excellent team at Kirwans Funeral Directors who eased us through the funeral arrangements. Many thanks to all who generously donated to The Mater Hospital Cancer Care Unit or the Irish Cancer Society in Anne-Marie's memory. As it would be impossible to thank you all individually we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by you as a token of our heartfelt appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for all your intentions.
