LAFFAN (née Walsh) (Riverside Nursing Home & late of Killester Park) - April 23, 2010 (peacefully) at the Connolly Hospital, Veronica (Vera) - loving wife of the late George; she will be sadly missed by her loving son Brendan, daughter-in-law Pat, grandchildren and spouses Deirdre, Emma and Stephen, Douglas and Sarah, Brenda and Aileen, great granddaughter Amy, sister Kay, sister-in-law Pauline extended family and friends. Rest in Peace. Removal on Wednesday morning from the Kirwan Funeral Home, Fairview Strand to St. Brigid's Church, Killester arriving at 9.50 o'c with Funeral after 10 o'c Mass to Fingal Cemetery."Sacred Heart of Jesus

<p>Condolences</p> <p>Dear Brendan and Pat,</p> <p>I was sorry to hear of the death of Brendan's mother. She had a peaceful end and that is a lot to be thankful for. She was well looked after and was comfortable.</p> <p>Brendan tells me that you may not go to Germany. Maybe you can reconsider this as a short trip away from all the memories might help to put some of the sadness behind you. Mourning is a long processin any case.
