CARRICK (née O'Farrell) Philomena (Phil), Foxrock, Dublin 18 and formerly of Kiltimagh, Co. Mayo - December 12, 2012, Peacefully, after a short illness in Newtownpark House Nursing Home. Beloved mother of Thérèse, Sinéad (Carey) and Corinna. Sadly missed by her daughters, sons-in-law Tim and Barry, grandchildren Jennifer, Aaron, Matthew, Emma and Katie, brother Charlie (O'Farrell), sister Marie (Noone), nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Rest in peace. Funeral Mass tomorrow (Friday) morning in Church of the Assumption, Booterstown Avenue at 11.30 o'c followed by burial in Shanganagh Cemetery. No flowers please. Donations, if desired to the Blackrock Hospice.
CARRICK (née O'Farrell) Phil, died December 12, 2012 - On this her First Anniversary, the family of the late Phil Carrick wish to sincerely thank all those who kindly attended the Mass, sent Mass cards, messages and letters of sympathy and made donations to the Blackrock Hospice. We wish to thank the staff of the Beacon Hospital, Blackrock Hospice and also the staff of Newtownpark Nursing Home. A special word of thanks to Fr. Tom O'Connor of the Order of St. Camillus.
