NOLAN (Clonkeen, Barringtons Bridge) - The family of the late Philip Nolan who died on November 25, 2009, following a tragic accident, would like to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them following their sad loss, those who sent wreaths, floral tributes, Mass cards and letters of condolence, those who called to the house, attended the removal and funeral, many of whom travelled long distances to do so. We would also like to thank the members of the emergency services who attended the scene of the accident, the Gardai for their kindness particularly Family Liaison Garda Officer, RoisÃn Hayes, whose support, attentiveness and sensitivity was so deepy appreciated. Thanks also to the doctors and nursing staff in the I.C.U of the Regional hospital for their kindness and dedication. Thanks are also due to all in Ahane G.A.A. Club, U.L. Bohemian Rugby Club and the Munster Branch of the I.R.F.U. and all Philip's lecturers, friends and fellow students in the University of Limerick. Thanks also to Fr. Brendan Kyne P.P., St. Patrick's Parish, Ahane whose frequent calls to our home were a great source of comfort to the family and to all the clergy who concelebrated Philip's very moving funeral Mass and to the combined choirs of Ahane and Castleconnell whose beautiful singing added greatly to the ceremony. A special word of thanks to Dr. Darragh Little and his wife Eileen whose friendship, support and attentiveness over many years and particularly at this difficult time is truly very much appreciated. Our thanks also to Meehan's funeral directors Newport whose professionalism, sensitivity and unobtrusive support meant so much to us. Last but by no means least our heartfelt thanks to all our truly wonderful neighbours and friends whose kindness, understanding unstinting generosity and support meant more to us than words could convey. Their goodness will never be forgotten. Trusting that this will be accepted by all as it would be impossible to thank everybody individually, the Holy sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions. Anniversary Mass will be celebrated in St. Patricks Church, Ahane on Thursday November 25 at 7.30 p.m.
