GALVIN Thomas Anthony, (Tom M.R.C.V.S), Oaklands, Salthill, Galway - November 21, 2010, (peacefully), at Galway Clinic, beloved husband of the late Maura, loving father of John, Tony, Patricia, Brian, Margot, grandfather of Katie, Sarah, Tom, Jack, Sam, Laura May, Hugo, Anna and Rory, mourned by sons-in-law Chris and Padraig, daughters-in-law Mary, Bernie and Mary Avril; sadly missed by his brother Flann (Ennis), sisters Maura and Ena, sisters-in-law Gemma Galvin and Pat Fitzpatrick, his extended family, many friends, good neighbours and formed colleagues.
