MOLONEY Patrick .V. (Paddy) (died November. 28, 2009) - (pre-deceased by his sons Gay and John Maurice) - Paddy's wife Ursula, his sons and daughter, Jim, Bernard, Catherine, Bryan and Peter, his sister Nora and all his extended family, both here and in Canada would like to express their sincere thanks to everyone who supported them and sympathised with them on the sad loss of their beloved Paddy. To all those who came to the house, attended both the removal and funeral Ceremonies, sent Mass Cards and Spiritual gifts, who wrote comforting letters, sent floral tributes, gave donations to Blackrock Hospice and helped in so many other ways, our grateful thanks. We would like to thank Very Rev. Fr. Ciaran O'Holohan P.P., Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Succour, Foxrock, Rev. Fr. Derek O'Connell O.H., and especially our dear friends Rev. Fr. Paul Byrne O.M.I. and Rev. Fr. Tom O'Keefe, retired P.P., St. Brigid's Church, Cabinteely for making both the Removal and Funeral Mass so special for everyone. Our thanks to all those who took part in the Ceremonies. Special thanks to the Organist, Sylvia Bolger and Soloist, Chris McInerney for the uplifting music. Our thanks to all those who looked after Paddy; his G.P. and friend, Dr. Paul Cosgrave. Dr. Charles McCreery and his team at the Redwood Ward in St. Vincent's Private Hospital, the doctors and nurses at the Heart Failure Unit in St. Michael's Hospital, the carers from 'Home Instead' and the doctors and nurses from the Blackrock Hospice who looked after Paddy with such care and kindness. Our special thanks to Rev. Bro. Laurence Kearns O.H., Provincial, and all the Brothers of St. John of God, whose friendship and longstanding association was a source of great pride to Paddy. Our thanks to Myra Hill, Crinken House for her kind, practical help. Special thanks to Sr. Ann and the Community of the Daughters of the Cross, Beech Park, Stillorgan for their prayers and support. Our thanks to Jodi Fanagan who attended to all the Funeral arrangements with such sensitivity and care. Our thanks to all our friends at Foxrock Golf Club who gave us such support, especially Paddy's close friends in 'The Senate'; their friendship meant so much to Paddy. Very special thanks to all our close relatives and friends both here and in Canada for their love and support at all times. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deep appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
