O'CARROLL (née Lavin) (Rathfarnham and formally of Ardikellan Co Roscommon) - June 20, 2011, Evelyn, beloved wife of the late Daniel (Dan); sadly missed by her loving son Dan (Don), daughter-in-law Anne, grandchildren Claire, Daniel and James, sister Sheila, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Rest in peace. Reposing at Lucan Lodge Nursing Home. Removal today (Wednesday) to the Church of the Holy Spirit Ballyroan arriving at 5.30 o'clock Funeral Mass tomorrow (Thursday) at 10 o'c and afterwards to Bohernabreena Cemetery. No flowers please. Donations to Cystic Fibrosis Association of Ireland. Enquiries to Peter Massey, Rathfarnham 4064100.
