Angelical Gayle

I have been thinking of Gayle, on & off for years. And Two nights ago I decided to google her name and find out about her. The news of her death just seemed unreal and even more unreal to know that it was 1 year exactly to the date. We studied at Brookes University together. We had a 2 year wonderful friendship and to this date i still remember her, so full of life, spontaneous and generous. We shared wonderful times together and I never forgot about her. I loved the sound of her laugh, she was a wonderful human being and I wish I had tried contacting her years ago.

Joan & Neil, my deepest and most heartfelt condolences

Sincerely,

AmayaMartinez-Lalanne

rip beautiful Gayle

I had the pleasure of working with Gayle in London many years back. Today i was thinking about her and decided to google her and see what she was up to. I am shocked to read that she is no longer with us. My deepest condolences to her family and friends. Gayle was a beautiful person inside and out. She always called me petal and i will never forget her laugh and the times we shared while working in tennis.

Rebecca Loos

My thoughts are with you.

Joan, Neil, Gareth and family,

I am so sorry to hear your sad news. I remember all the children in Lecanvey in the good old days when they were so carefree and full of life. I never thought that Gayle would be the first to leave us. I'm sure she is taking care of us all now and as they say 'she is just gone down the road in front of us'. We are all following and some day we will all be together again.

My thoughts are with you at this time.

Gayle
I am so sorry about Gayle . I only got to know Gayle in the few years. I had nose and throat cancer as a child and Gayle contacted me. As well as our illness in common, it turned out, we played tennis together in Sandycove as children. We met a number of times. I thought Gayle was such a kind and gentle person. Last time me met up Killiney hill, about a year ago, she bought these pink boot runners for my little girl. She said she had no idea about kids sizes so bought big. They are sitting in Hannah's press and in about six months they should fit. They now seem extra special. Gayle, at the time, was doing an upholstry course as well as salsa. We didn't really talk about her health that time so I had no idea things were so bad. She sent a lovely text just seven months ago after my son Ben was born. That was the last I heard from her. I can only just imagine how hard it has been for you both. I only met Gayle a few times but she had a big impact. She was a lovely person and I am very sad we won't meet for a walk or go for a coffee again. I am lucky to have got to know her. Thank you. Deirdre

Heaven is now a better place

Though I have not seen or heard from Gayle in a number of years and didn't know she was ill, I did have the privilege of working with Gayle for many years.

By far one of the most wonderful people ever to come through our doors. So full of happiness, so positive about everything and such an example of how any parent would want their daughter to be.

A true example of a wonderful person and lucky are we that had the pleasure of knowing her and the way she made our lives better.

My deepest condolences to all her family and loved ones. She will be deeply missed but will fit in quite well with the other angels above. RIP

Sincerely,

Patricio Apey
