COBBE - December 11, 2012 (Woodview, Lackagh, Monastervin, Co. Kildare) Thomas (Tom) (peacefully) in the loving care of the staff at St. Brigid's Hospice, The Curragh. Loving husband of the late Ruth and dearly loved and loving father. He will be sadly missed by his children Anne, George, Gladys and Donald, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sisters, in-laws, extended family, friends and neighbours. All welcome at his home today, Wednesday from 2pm. Funeral Service tomorrow, Thursday at 11.30am in Nurney Parish Church (CoI), followed by Burial in adjoining church yard. Family flowers only. Donations welcome for St. Brigid's Hospice.Peace, Perfect Peace.
COBBE Thomas, ('Woodside', Lackagh, Monasterevin, Co. Kildare) (December 11, 2012) On the First Anniversary of Dad's death, the family of the late Tom Cobbe wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised and supported us through that most difficult time. A special word of thanks to Archdeacon Leslie Stevenson for his pastoral care to Dad and all the family. Grateful thanks to all those who cared for Dad, staff at St. James' Hospital, Dublin; Midland Regional Hospital, Portlaoise and the Loais/Offaly Specialist Care Team. Sincere gratitude also conveyed to staff at St. Bridget's Hospice, The Curragh, the Public Health Nurses, Monasterevin and not forgetting his Home Help Pat and Davina.
