HOOPER, Dr David - July 16, 2011 (peacefully), at home in Brockholes, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, aged 65 years with his family around him, beloved husband of Trish, father of Elizabeth, Ivor and Paddy. The cortege will leave his residence on Tuesday, July 26 for Requiem Mass at St Joseph's Church, Somerset Road at 11.15 a.m. followed by cremation at Huddersfield Crematorium at 1 p.m. Relatives and friends please accept this intimation and meet at the church.
