CAHILL, Teresa (née Quinn, Claudy, Co. Derry) - Salthill, Galway, died on July 9, 2009. Teresa's daughters Grainne and Niamh, sons William, Michael and AJ and sister Margaret together with her sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren and her extended family wish to thank all those who offered sympathy and support on the loss of a precious mother, grandmother and friend. We wish to thank sincerely all who attended at her home, the funeral Mass in Salthill and the Memorial Mass in Claudy. Thanks to those who travelled long distances to be with us, to those who sent Mass Cards, letters of sympathy, made donations to the Irish Kidney Association in her memory and to those kind friends and neighbours who helped in so many ways during her final illness. We wish to acknowledge again her wide circle of exceptional and loving friends, together with their families with whom she enjoyed life. Thanks to the staff at Merlin Park Hospital who took care of her for over 40 years and in later times those at University Hospital Galway. Teresa had a special place in her heart for the gift of life she received from her kidney donors together with their families. Please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deep and loving gratitude to you all. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for all your intentions both in Salthill and Claudy Churches."Her love for people and giving shall live on as it spreads through the generations by everyone she touched. Love never dies it can only be created. This was Teresa's gift and message."
