O'CONNELL (John Kevin) (Rathfeigh, Tara, Co. Meath and formerly of Ballyfruit, Headford, Co. Galway) (Retired member of An Garda Síochána) (Died May 21, 2005) - On the occasion of Kevin's First Anniversary, his wife Ann, his children Lorraine, Kenneth and Colette, daughter-in-law Ruth, sisters, brothers and extended family would like to acknowledge with gratitude all who sympathised with them following their sudden loss of a a devoted husband, loving father, father-in-law and cherished brother, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and dear friend. Sincere thanks to our extended family, our large circle of friends, colleagues and special neighbours for their enduring support and assistance during the sorrowful time. We extend our gratitude to all those who called to our home, telephoned, sent letters of sympathy, Mass Cards, Perpetual Enrolments, floral tributes and those who joined us in the celebration of Kevin's life at his funeral Mass. A special thanks to Fr Joe Gleeson and Fr Danjoe O'Mahoney and Fr Tom O'Keefe for their kind words and making the funeral Mass so special. Thanks also to Lisa Sheehan, Eamon McDonagh, Michael Ryan, Dr Tierney and Garda Brian Havern. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions as a token of our sincere appreciation. The Anniversary Mass will be held in Rathfeigh Church on Sunday, May 21, 2006, at 12 noon.
