JACKSON Hannah (late of Baltinglass, Co. Wicklow and Dublin, died August 28, 2011) - Hannah's daughter Hilary and son-in-law Robert would like to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them, following the sudden and very sad death of Hannah. Thank you to all those who attended the funeral Service, burial, sent sympathy cards and letters. We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the medical team who attended to Hannah, during her short stay at St. Vincent's University Hospital, Canon Mervyn McCullagh, Canon Ted Ardis, the Rev. John Swanton, the Church organist and Joe and Maureen Plant. Please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation.
