WARD, Denis

WARD Denis (Portlaoise Road, Portarlington, Co. Laois, died May 8, 2012, age 64) - Denis's wife Edith, daughter Gillian, son Adrian and his partner Pamela, and granddaughter Emily wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them on their sad loss.

Sincere thanks to extended family and friends, to everyone who called to the house, sent cards and all who attended the funeral.

Heartfelt gratitude to his Cardiologist Consultants and their teams in the Mater Private and Portlaoise Hospitals, Laois Palliative Care Team, Nurses and his GP for their dedicated care.

Thanks also to The Venerable Leslie Stevenson, organist, church wardens, undertaker, gravediggers, those who provided the Guard of Honour and all the donations to Laois Palliative Care. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation and gratitude.
