HOSEY, Gerard (Gerry), (Greystones, Co. Wicklow and Aylesbury Drive, Dublin 4) - The wife of the late Gerard would like to thank all who celebrated the joy of his good life at his funeral, those who prayed around the world during his illness, those who sent Mass Cards, letters and phone calls of sympathy, since his passing on March 31, 2012 and those who sent floral tributes. Very special thanks to all the Prior, Hosey and Sheil cousins, for their love and support, especially Tom Prior who was a rock of strength to both Gerard and Ina, during Gerard's illness and during his funeral. Thanks to Fr. Michael Sheil, S.J., who had Masses celebrated for Gerard at both Clongowes Wood and South Africa and for bringing the Fr. John Sullivan, S.J. Cross, to bless Gerard and those who completed the watch with Gerard in those final days, Sr. Darina Hosey, O.P., for her late evening quiet rosaries and John Prior and Christine Prior and to Gerard's godchildren and to Ina's niece and nephews and grandnieces, for their constant support, throughout the difficult months. Thanks to Fr. John McDonagh, who touched all with the beautiful Mass celebration and to Fr. Liam Belton, P.P. and to Fr. Eoin Lynch, C.C. of The Holy Rosary, Greystones. Thanks to the Chaplain, Medical Consultants and staff of St. Columcille's Hospital for their care and Dr. Ray Hawkins for his care of Gerard for over 20 years. The Holy Sacrifice of The Mass will be offered for the intentions of all. Months Mind Mass will be next Sunday, April 29th at 4.30pm at the Holy Rosary Church, Greystones.
