KELLIHER (née McElligott) (Springfield, Limerick Road, Castleisland, Co Kerry) - October 17, 2010 (peacefully) in the wonderful care of Lucan Lodge Nursing Home, Dublin, Kathleen, beloved wife of the late Jerry and much loved mother of Marie and Aileen, sadly missed by her loving daughters, sons-in-law John Noonan and John Murray, grandchildren Ruth, Tony (and his wife Diane), Justin, Kevin, Brendan and Eithne, sisters-in-law Pat, Joan and Noreen (Australia), nephews, nieces, relatives and many friends. R.I.P. Requiem Mass today (Wednesday) at 11 o'clock in Castleisland Parish Church followed by burial in Kilbannivane Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to the Alzheimer's Society.
KELLIHER, Kathleen (née McElligott), late of Springfield, Castleisland, Co. Kerry. Died October 17, 2010. On the first anniversary of Kathleen's passing, we, the family, wish to express our sincere thanks to all who sympathised and supported us on our sad loss. We would especially like to thank the staff of Lucan Lodge Nursing Home who so lovingly cared for Kathleen in her long illness. We would also like to thank Fr. Hugh Fagan C.s.s.p., Kimmage Manor, Fr. Dan O'Riordan, Castleisland and Fr. Michael Noonan P.P. Raheen, Limerick, who made the prayers, the removal and the Mass so meaningful. Many thanks also to Helen Lyons (organist) and Julie Twomey (vocalist) for their beautiful contribution. We thank all those who attended the house, the removal, the funeral Mass and those who supported us in many thoughtful ways. Your kindness will always be remembered. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
