McCORMACK (Percy Place, Dublin 4) September 1, 2011 at St. Vincent's University Hospital, Elm Park after a long illness, Thomas (Tommie) (late of Quinnsworth) beloved husband of Mary and loving father of Paul and Tony. Very deeply regretted by his loving family, sister, brother, daughters-in-law, grand daughters, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Rest in Peace. Removal on Monday morning from Fanagans Funeral Home, Aungier Street to Star of the Sea Church, Sandymount for Requiem Mass at 11.30 o'clock followed by burial in Glasnevin Cemetery.
