KENNY COLLINS (Geraldine) (Clontarf, Dublin and Psychology Services, Northern Area Health Board) (December 31, 2004). Husband John, sons Eoghan and Fergal, mother Judy and sisters Irene and Pauline would like to sincerely thank the many relatives, friends, work colleagues and neighbours who gave support and comfort during Geraldine's illness and at the time of her death. We thank in particular those who sent Mass and sympathy cards, letters and flowers and those who donated generously to St. Francis Hospice. Special thanks to the staff of the Oncology unit, Beaumont Hospital and St. Francis Hospice, Raheny for their kindness and care throughout Geraldine's illness. As we are unable to thank everyone individually, please accept this notice as an expression of our gratitude. Geraldine touched and enriched our lives and her memory will be forever in our hearts.
