O'SULLIVAN, Mary (Maire Ni Shuilleabhain), (March 12, 2007) - The family wish to thank most sincerely all those who, in so many different ways, expressed their sympathy on the loss of our beloved Mary. We would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of St. Vincent's Private Hospital for the care and kindness shown to her over the many years of her illness. Special thanks to Prof. John Crown, Dr. Michael Moriarty, and the Oncology Day Unit for their dedication. The care and support shown by the St. Francis Hospice Homecare Team will never be forgotten. We were greatly comforted by the huge numbers who attended at both the removal and the funeral Mass, in particular by those who travelled long distances to be with us. Our thanks to our friend Fr. Paul Walsh for his sensitive and moving celebration of Mary's life at her Mass; to Fr. Dave Corrigan, Fr. Liam Murtagh, P.P., Fr. Hyland, Fr. Fleury and also to the Columban and Marist communities for their support. Our hearts were uplifted by the beautiful singing of Acabella. To the Directors and Staff of the Irish League of Credit Unions we extend our grateful appreciation for all your support of Mary through the years. We also acknowledge the kindness and support of the National Youth Council of Ireland and of Scoil Caitriona, Glasnevin. Finally, we wish to extend our continuing gratitude to our relatives, friends and neighbours, and especially to Mary's fantastic friends. Every card, letter, visit, text and phonecall was a source of strength to her and to us. We know that Mary touched many lives and we are grateful for the years we had with her. Holy Mass has been offered for the intentions of all.
