CARR; Brian (Donnybrook, Dublin 4) - February 19, 2011 (peacefully) at the Blackrock Clinic after a courageous battle with cancer, with good humour and patience, surrounded by his loving family; beloved husband of Nuala, loving father of Susan, Deirdre, Ruth and Fiona and brother-in-law of the late Carole Ormsby. Sadly missed by his loving family, sons-in-law Stephen and Richard, grandchildren, Emily, Charlie, Daisy, George, Sam, Luke and Ella, his sisters Eithne and Audrey, brother-in-law Terence, nieces, nephews, relatives and a large circle of friends. Removal tomorrow (Tuesday) evening from Fanagans Funeral Home, Lwr. Main Street, Dundrum to Church of the Sacred Heart, Donnybrook arriving at 5.00 o'clock Funeral on Wednesday after 10.00 o'c Mass to Shanganagh Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to Irish Cancer Society. A special thanks to Dr. David Fennelly, the doctors, nurses and staff of Florence Nightingale Unit, Blackrock Clinic. May he Rest in Peace

I missed the notice in the paper.He was such a great character, full of humour and wit. He was fantastic in his attitude about his illness.You will miss him terribly.
