LEHANE Aidan. C.S.Sp. The death of Father Lehane who died on August 8, 2011 is deeply regretted by his loving sisters Leonie and Daire and many relatives and friends. The family greatly appreciate those who sent messages of sympathy and Mass Cards and also those who came to the removal and the funeral at Kimmage Manor and especially the past students of Rockwell College, Blackrock College, Saint Michael's College and Templeogue College and members of Portmarnock and Lahinch Golf Clubs. The family are very grateful to Father Conaty who gave the Eulogy at the removal and Father Hally for his most moving Eulogy at the funeral Mass and also to Aoife O'Donnell who spoke kindly of Aidan. Special thanks to the nurses and staff at Marion House Nursing Home for their kindness to Aidan and to the doctors, Dr. Coady and Dr. Moriarty who looked after Aidan during his illness and the Home Care staff at Our Lady's Hospice. Special mention must be made of Father Lehane's two great friends at Templeogue College, Father Redmond and Father Galvin who helped him in many ways. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions.
