McCORMACK (née Bracken) (Clover House, Reens Pike, Ardagh, Co. Limerick) - September 28, 2011 (suddenly), at her residence, Vera, wife of the late Patrick A.; will be sadly missed by her brothers John and Michael, sister Annie, sister-in-law Mary, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends. Rest in peace. Reposing at her house today (Thursday) from 3 o'clock to 6 o'clock Removal tomorrow (Friday) to the Church of the Assumption, Rathangan, Co. Kildare arriving for 12.30 o'clock Requiem Mass. Burial will take place in St Patrick's Cemetery, Rathangan.
