O'NEILL Dr Dorothy (Dublin) (died June 29, 2008) - Hugh, Desmond, Thomas, Kevin and Shane O'Neill, and their families wish to express their sincere thanks and gratitude to all those who sympathised with them on their sad loss and to thank Dr Morgan Crowe and the medical and nursing staff at St Vincent's University Hospital for the care afforded to Dorothy in her hours of need.
