ISHERWOOD Valerie (February 16, 2008) - Adrian along with sons Adam, Paul and Tom, would like to thank all those who sympathised with us on our recent sad loss. We would like to thank Dr. David Fennelly, his fellow doctors and the nursing staff of The Blackrock Clinic, St. Vincent's Private Clinic and St. Luke's Hospital for all their kindness and care. We would like to thank all family and friends who prayed, spoke, wrote, emailed, phoned, sent Mass and Condolence Cards and sent flowers on the day of the funeral. We thank those who sent donations to Greystones Cancer Support. There were so many kind wishes that we hope this notice will be accepted as a token of our true appreciation of so many good friends.
