SCANLON (née Power), Co. Limerick - (peacefully) on December 24, 2009 at her residence Noreen (Ex N.T), Rochestown, Fedamore, pre-deceased by her loving husband Dick. Very deeply regretted by her loving sisters Mary Appleby (Dublin), Breda (Tralee) Tess McCarthy (Dublin) brother-in-law Pat, sister-in-law Sr Kostka (Rathkeale), nieces, nephews, Martin, cousins, wonderful neighbours and many loyal friends. May she rest in peace. Requiem Mass today (Monday) at 11.30 o'clock in Ballybricken Church with burial afterwards in Abington Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations if desired in lieu to the Night Care Nursing Service, Irish Cancer Society, 43-45 North Umberland Road, Dublin 4.
