SMITH (John) (Jack) (Monkstown and formerly of Shanganagh Road) (longtime swim coach at Marian College) - December 11, 2005, at St Vincent's University Hospital, after a long illness bravely borne, beloved husband of Gladys; sadly missed by his five children Vivienne (Jupp), John, Barry, Blanche (Snipes) and Hilary, his son-in-law Roger Jupp, daughter-in-law Oonagh and partners Derek and Peter, his six grandchildren, sisters May Colman and Betty Neary, his extended family and friends. Rest in peace. Removal tomorrow (Thursday) evening from Carnegie's Funeral Home, 19 The Crescent, Monkstown to St Patrick's Church, Monstown, arriving at 5.30 o'clock Funeral on Friday after 11 o'clock Mass to Mount Jerome Crematorium. House private. Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, to the Irish Heart Foundation.
