LYNCH (Moire) (née McConway) (Dublin and Derry) (February 15, 2005) - Lovingly remembered and deeply missed. On this the First Anniversary of Moire's Death, her family wish to express their sincere gratitude to all their relatives, friends and work colleagues who attended her removal and funeral Mass, to the priests who officiated at the Mass, to those who sent Mass Cards, cards, letters and who made donations to St Francis Hospice, Raheny in Moire's memory. We would also like to thank the Home Care Team in St Francis Hospice for their wonderful care and attention to Mam during her final illness. We sincerely thank all those who have supported us over the past difficult year. We hope this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere gratitude.
