CUSACK, John (Echo Gate, Dublin Road, Trim, Co. Meath) (First Anniversary) - Greatly missed and dearly remembered by his loving wife Marie, son Jonathan, daughters Denise, Aoife, Kate, brother, sisters and the extended families. We, John's family, wish to thank most sincerely so many people, who, in different ways, consoled us in our great loss. It was a great tribute to John and a source of much comfort to us, the large numbers who visited our home and attended the funeral. We thank all who sent Mass cards, letters and other messages of support. Special thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff at St James's Hospital, Dublin for their extraordinary cards and kindness. Thanks to our parish priest Fr Andy Farrell, who brought great comfort to John on his many visits. Thanks to our neighbours, colleagues and friends for their unceasing kindness and support. Whilst we deeply mourn John's passing, we take great comfort from the very many demonstrations of kindness, sympathy and support shown to us. As it is not possible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our appreciation and gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions. "Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam uasal".
