McDONNELL John (Jack) died June 26, 2008 - His heartbroken wife Sheila, children Nuala, Eoin, Brendan and Kevin wish to thank all those who helped and sympathised with us in our recent sad loss. A special thanks to all the staff in Cypress Ward, Blanchardstown Hospital for the exceptional care given. Please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere appreciation. Mass has been offered for your intentions.
