CAREY (Eugene) - On the First Anniversary of his passing, Eugene's wife, children, mother, brother, sister and extended family wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with and supported them in their loss over the past year. In particular, our deepest gratitude to those who visited the house and came to his removal and funeral in such overwhelming numbers. We were deeply touched by the guard of honour formed by his office staff, legal colleagues and beloved GAA members. Our thanks to his legion of friends who were such a support to him during his illness and have continued to be such a source of strength to us. Our heartfelt gratitude in particular to Dr. Kevin Brennan, the doctors and staff of the Mater Private Hospital, Dublin and Fr. Declan Hennessy. We would also like to sincerely thank the Garda Siochana for their sensitivity and support during a difficult time. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions. Anniversary Mass for Eugene will be celebrated on Saturday December 6th at 10 a.m. in St. Marys Church, Mallow. Remembered with love and pride today and every day. May he rest in peace. If I may ne'er behold again
That form and face so dear to me,
Nor hear thy voice, still would I fain
Preserve, for aye, their memory.
