HOLTON O'BRIEN Patricia - September 1, 2011 (peacefully) at St. James's Hospital, sadly missed by her loving son Kennedy and his partner Rachael, her loving sister Mary Jane, brother-in-law Norman, niece Alanna, nephew Rand, and his wife Laurel and children Maeve and Hayden and the rest of her family in Canada, Ken and his sisters Geraldine, Bernadette and their families and her many friends. Thank you to all at St. James's Hospital who took care of her during her illness. Rest In Peace. Reposing at her home tomorrow (Sunday) from 5.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. Removal on Monday morning from her home to The University Church, St. Stephen's Green for 10.50 o'clock for 11.00 o'clock funeral Mass and afterwards to Mt. Jerome Crematorium for a private family committal. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Irish Cancer Society, Cancer Research Ireland, Colorectal Cancer Research Programme. Patricia's ashes will be buried with her family in Belleville, Ontario, Canada.
