MANNIX Tom (Tomás O'Mainchín) (died 21 December 2009) - Tom's wife Bríd, his daughters Catríona (Cusack), Elaine, Noelle (Finn), Brigid (O'Donnell), Laurie, Adrienne (Varga) and his son Jim would like to thank most sincerely all who sympathised with us on Tom's recent death. We would especially like to thank our family, friends and work colleagues who travelled in atrocious weather conditions to be with us at his removal and funeral service. We thank our neighbours and all those who called to the house with food and words of comfort; who telephoned, sent floral tributes, Mass cards and letters and who continue to offer their support to us. To our neighbours and friends who helped prepare his final resting place we are very grateful. To the priests of Newmarket-on-Fergus and Shannon, to the choir led by Gus and Annette and to John and Deirdre, we thank you for helping to make Tom's funeral a very special and warm tribute. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for all your intentions in grateful appreciation. Go raibh míle maith agaibh go léir. Solas na bhflaitheas dó.
