SPELLMAN, Mark (Dalkey, Co. Dublin) tragically taken from us on 4 August 2007 - Alan, Geraldine, Barry and Emma wish to thank most sincerely all who sympathised with us on the loss of our darling son and brother. The Simpson family who opened their door on that tragic night and it's been open to us all ever since. To our wonderful friends, neighbours, relatives, all the management, staff and customers of Google, EBS and GMS and all who attended the funeral. To the friends of Barry and Emma who took time out to comfort them, those who called to our home, wrote letters, sent cards and flowers, and the numerous acts of kindness, all were of immense support and consolation to us, we thank you dearly. Very special thanks to Judith Moloney for arranging the wonderful music at Mark's funeral and to Fr McDonagh for your beautiful Mass. To all Mark's fantastic friends and all at Google for your Guard of Honour- he would have been so proud and for your continued love and support. Very special thanks to Fr Jack Clair who delayed his return to Chicago, to comfort Mark's friends and family with such compassion, your Mass in the garden that Thursday evening is still talked about and will always be remembered. Thank you to Willie Doyle undertaker and friend for your exceptional understanding and guidance. Please accept this as a token of our appreciation and gratitude. We will never forget your kindness and hope one day to personally thank you all. Anniversary Mass for Mark will be held in Dalkey Church on Monday August 4, at 11am. Mark will always be on our minds and forever in our hearts.
