MINIHAN ("Lisheen", Loreto Park, Cross Douglas Road, Cork) - August 25, 2006, Seán, Capt. (retired) (peacefully), after a short illness, in the loving care of the staff of the Mercy Hospital, loving husband of Nell (Nellie, née Nallen) and devoted father of Anne (Nicholson), Liam, John and Deirdre (Whyte), adored grandfather of his ten grandchildren and father-in-law of the late Bernie Minihan; sadly missed by his loving wife and family; deeply regretted by his sons-in-law Gay and Mark and daughter-in-law Trish, sisters Phyllis and Agnes, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. A gentle man, sadly missed by all who knew him. Reposing at Sullivan's Funeral Home, Turner's Cross. Rosary this (Saturday) evening at 7.30 o'clock Removal on Monday evening at 8 o'clock to Christ The King Church, Turner's Cross. Requiem Mass on Tuesday at 11 o'clock Funeral afterwards to St Oliver's Cemetery, Model Farm Road. Family flowers only.May his gentle soul rest in peace.
