COSTELLO (Monaloe Avenue, Blackrock, Co. Dublin) - May 4, 2011 (peacefully) in the wonderful care of the Doctors, Nurses and staff at St. Vincent's University Hospital, Elm Park. Patrick (retired CEO National Safety Council), beloved husband of Marie; he will be very sadly missed by his loving wife, sister Carmel O'Sullivan (Galway), brother Brendan (Fr. Ambrose O.Carm), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives and a wide circle of friends. Rest In Peace. Removal this (Thursday) evening from Patrick O'Donovan & Son Funeral Home Sallynoggin (Opp Sallynoggin Church) to Our Lady of Perpetual Succour Church, Foxrock arriving at 5 o'c, funeral tomorrow (Friday) morning after 10 o'c requiem Mass to Shanganagh Cemetery, Shankill. House Private.
