PURCELL, J. Oliver (Eglinton Road, Dublin 4) - March 23, 2010 (peacefully and contentedly) at home in his 90th year. Retired Engineer (ESB) and retired Captain Irish RDF (Eng. Corp.). Beloved husband of the late Grace O'Malley (Westport and Dublin) and adored father of Sabina, Linus, baby Mark (in Heaven), Gráinne and Róisín. Devoted brother to Vincent, Brendan, Phil, Vera, Joan and the late Eileen and Lillian. Kind brother-in-law of Hugh (O'Malley) and Marguerite (Purcell); deeply regretted by his sons-in-law, Jim McMahon, Connor Margetson and Ray Carroll. Will be sadly missed by his grandchildren Grace, Alice, Jeff, Patrick and Niall, his nieces, nephews, extended family, kind carer Joseph and many friends. Removal today (Friday) from his home to the Church of The Sacred Heart, Donnybrook arriving for 10 o'clock Mass, followed by burial in Dean's Grange Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam uasal.
