COUNIHAN (née Gonty) (Eileen) (Booterstown, Co. Dublin) - June 29, 2007, surrounded by her family, at St Vincent's Private Hospital, in which she received excellent care, as well at St Vincent's University Hospital, from the medical, nursing and pastoral care teams. Wonderful wife for over 60 years to Harry, predeceased by her son Michael. Deeply mourned by her loving husband, daughters Mary, Catherine, Claire, Joan, Jane and Eileen, son Henry, and her grandchildren Matthew, Martha, and James (McGann), Neil, Tom, John and Joe (Bailes), Conor, Rachel and Alice (McKinney), Clodagh, and Harry (Counihan), Roger, Georgie and Rosie (Kelly), nieces, together with brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, the extended family as well as many friends. May she rest in peace. Removal from St Vincent's University Hospital Mortuary to Church of the Assumption, Booterstown Avenue arriving at 5 o'clock this (Monday) evening. Funeral tomorrow (Tuesday) after 11 o'clock Mass to Glasnevin Cemetery.
