HORNER, Alan (Greystones) (died May 20, 2009) - Carolyn, Ian, Philip, Cynthia and Valerie wish to express their deep appreciation and sincere gratitude to all who supported them throughout Alan's long illness, those who attended his funeral service, sent sympathy cards, letters and Mass Cards. We would also like to thank all those who contributed so generously to the Alzheimer Society. A special word of thanks to Zephra and the staff at Greystones Nursing Home for their loving care of Alan, also to Dr. Cuddihy and his colleagues. Your support has been a great comfort to us. Please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our deepest appreciation.
