MORGAN, Eugene Andrew, September 18, 2008 - At this time of Eugene's first anniversary, Eugene's loved ones would like to express our thanks and appreciation to all who sympathised with us and supported us in our great sadnesss and loss. Thank you to all who supported Eugene in his final days especially Janet Tobin of the Palliative Care Service in Wexford, Mary Doran and her staff at Knockeen Nursing Home whose kindness, care and respect was outstanding and Father Hartley for his gentle compassionate ministry. Thank you to all who attended the removal, funeral Mass and burial. Thank you for all the Perpetual Enrolments, Mass and Sympathy Cards, letters, visits and acts of kindness. We would like to thank all the doctors, nurses and staff of the Oncology Department in St. Vincent's Hospital. We would like to thank the staff in Wexford General Hospital and Mr. Ken Mealy for his kindness and understanding during a very difficult time. Thank you to Dr. Steven Bowe whose care and friendship was a tremendous source of comfort to Eugene during his years of illness. The past very difficult year has been greatly helped by the incredible support and kindness of wonderful neighbours, relatives and good friends who continue to be there for us. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions."Always in our hearts"
