GAVIN (TERESA) (Terry) (née Cusack) (late of Bath Avenue, Sandymount) - First Anniversary, 16 November. Lovingly remembered by her husband, Joseph (Joe), sons and daughter, daughters-in-law, son-in-law, grand- children, brother Denis, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, family and friends. Joe and family would like to thank all those who sympathised in our bereavement, especially the members of the Pembroke Ladies Club and the Star of the Sea Church Choir, and those who helped care for Terry in her illness, including the Staff of Mount Tabor, the Royal Hospital Donnybrook, the Public Health Nurses and all at St Vincent's Hospital. Mass has been offered for your intentions. Terry's Anniversary Mass will take place on Wednesday, November 16, in Haddington Road Church, at 12.40 p.m. Forever in our hearts and always in our thoughts.
