SHANLEY (Orna) (née Mac Mahon) (Monkstown, Co. Dublin) - June 18, 2006, (peacefully) at home after a very happy life. She bore her final battle with typical stoicism; deeply regretted by her loving husband Derry and her children Keelin, Muireann, Eoin, Emma and Niamh, sons-in-law Conor, Gavan and Jamie, granddaughter Amy, sisters Bronagh, Alda, Cronia and brother Philip, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law. Much appreciation to Dr David Fennelly and his team in the Blackrock Clinic, the Home Care Team based in Blackrock Hospice and Mary O'Connell P.H.N. Special appreciation to Dr Donald Brooks and his colleagues in the Beechlawn Medical Centre. Thanks to our family and friends for kindness and consideration during Orna's long illness. Rest in peace. Removal this (Monday) evening from her home to the Church of St John the Baptist, Blackrock arriving at 6 o'clock Funeral tomorrow (Tuesday) morning after 10 o'clock Mass to Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold's Cross, Dublin 6W. No flowers please. Donations if desired to the Blackrock Hospice.
