BARRETT, Thomas J, Tramore, Co. Waterford (formerly Donoughmore, Co. Cork), who died August 12, 2009. As the First Anniversary of Tom's death approaches, his sister-in-law Jane, his nieces Mary and Abina, his nephew John and their families would like to thank all those who sympathised with them, those who attended his removal and funeral Mass in Tramore and burial in Donoughmore. We would especially like to thank his loyal friends and neighbours in Tramore and Donoughmore, in particular Peg and Owen O'Sullivan and Mamie and Jackie O'Shea as well as the Treacy Family, Killarney. The guards of honour provided by members of Tramore Golf Club and Donoughmore GAA were much appreciated tributes to Tom. Sincere thanks to Donoughmore Ladies' Club for catering after Tom's burial. Special thanks to the staff of Havenwood Nursing Home, Ballygunner, who took such good care of Tom over his last years. We are grateful to Msgr John Shine, Tramore, Fr John Treacy, Ballygunner, Fr Declan O'Brien, Donoughmore and Fr Liam Kelleher, Grenagh.
