My dentist and friend
Ragnhild, My guess is that most people don't particularly look forward to seeing their dentist. With me, it was always very different. Michael not only looked after the wellbeing of my teeth for over forty-three years, he was someone I admired, respected and liked, very much. He made a 'visit to the dentist', something I always looked forward to. Please accept my sincerest and heart-felt condolences for your loss. I know that you and your sons will miss him terribly and that his passing at such a relatively young age is a great injustice, but I am also sure that I will be just one of very many, who's lives have been enriched by knowing such a genuinely unique and special man.
