STAKELUM - Mary Josephine (Maudie) (Sandymount) - The family of the late Maudie Stakelum, who died on August 20, 2008, would like to extend their sincere thanks to all those who paid their respects at her removal and funeral. Special thanks to Maudie's sister Lily, and god-child Geraldine, for their wonderful kindness and care during Maudie's illness. A very special thank you to Fr Peter Briscoe, Star of the Sea, Sandymount and also Fr Billy Farrell who attended the funeral as a family friend. We are very grateful for the Mass cards and letters of support, wreaths, etc. We trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our deep appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
