BYRNE (Orchardstown Avenue, Rathfarnham, Dublin 14) - July 28, 2008, peacefully, at Tallaght Hospital, Gerald (Ger), loving husband of Peg, loving Dad to Susan, Avril, Lynda, Sandra and Lesley; he will be sadly missed by his loving family, sons-in-law, Des, Alan and Chip, grandchildren Stephen, Sarah and Sally, Jake and Maggie, his sisters Eileen and Sheila, relatives, good friends, neighbours and Riley. Requiem Mass tomorrow (Thursday) at 11 o'clock in the Church of the Holy Spirit, Ballyroan, followed by private cremation. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to the Oncology Units, Tallaght Hospital, or to Our Lady's Hospice, Harolds Cross. House private please."May he rest in peace".
